Do I need to provide extra material (invitations, envelopes, etc.)?

Yes. I recommend ordering 10% extra invitations, you never know when your mom or mother-in-law might add that "one" extra person. For calligraphy services, I require 20% extra envelopes, escort/place cards and table numbers.

Do I supply envelopes, escort/place cards, etc.?

Yes. Pricing is based on calligraphy only. You will send me your quality paper envelopes, escort/place cards or card stock, I calligraphy them and send them back to you.
*Please ask me if you have any questions regarding paper quality,  I can always provide the paper and include it in the proposal. 

What format should I put my mailing list in?

Microsoft Word or Excel. I can provide a template for you. It is very important to know it will be written exactly how you submit your mailing list. Please double check all spelling and write out State name.

How do I know what wording to use?

Etiquette is very overwhelming, I will help you determine the perfect wording based on your event details.

How do I book your services?

All projects are custom for each individual. You can start by sending me a message here.  I will send you a questionnaire and start with a conversation regarding your visions and design ideas. Then, I will email you a detailed proposal, once signed and a 50% retainer is received, your project will be put in my calendar. 

How far ahead do I need to book your services?

Invitations:  Four to six months from your event date. Design process is typically four to six weeks & printing, addressing and assembly usually takes four to six weeks. Invitations are traditionally sent to guests six to eight weeks before wedding.
Calligraphy:  It usually takes two to three weeks from when I have received your envelopes and final mailing list.
*Timing may vary given on the amount of work required for your specific project. 

What shipping methods do you use?

Upon completion and payment of the remaining balance is received.  I use USPS Priority Mail, which provides a tracking number and $50 insurance. If you would like me to use a different method, please communicate with me and I can accommodate your needs.

Do I need to make a deposit?

Yes, if you want me to provide services for you. I will send you a detailed proposal, which you will need to sign (once proposal is signed it becomes a contract) and pay a 50% retainer fee.
